Advertising and Sponsorship

VAST 2008 event requires some external funding support to keep its high standards, while being affordable for participants, mainly research students.

Companies may come to the VAST 2008 and present their products and services in the lobby surrounding the auditorium and/or in a dedicated room near the auditorium. They may also distribute commercial brochures under certain conditions.

A special session will also be available for a small number of companies, to present short technical communications, in parallel sessions with short paper scientific communication.

Fees and other details can be obtained through the email address sponsor<at>vast2008.org.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The financial support that the VAST2008 organization requires can be structured as follows:

    • "Gold Sponsorship": advertising on the event promotion, both on paper and electronically (max. 3 institutions)
    • "Silver Sponsorship": advertising on adequate spaces
  • specific activities related to the Symposium and associated social events, where the promotion lies within each activity
