Early and Late Registration
The NEW early registration deadline is November 29th, 2015. The late registration deadline is December 4th, 2015.
Registration fees
Registration fees are specified in Euros only. The registration fees do not include any possible charges that are independent from the conference organizers, such as international transfer charges, etc.

The fees include participation in the Conference / Workshop / Tutorials (according to the amounts payed for )and coffee breaks. Registration in the main Conference or in 1 full day (or 2 half day) Workshops also include lunch. Only registration in the Main Conference will include the Proceedings in USB format. Those wishing a hard copy (paper) of the Proceedings will have to order it until the 9th of November 2015 - 17:00 portuguese time/18:00 CET (strict deadline) and will have to pay a surplus of € 62 (with VAT included ).
The Social Dinner which will be held on the 10th December 2015 has to be paid separately.
The Registration fees do not include accommodation.
Return of the fees in case of resignation: the fees are fully returnable (except for banking charges) until the 20th November 2015. After this date, the fees are not returnable.

When ordering the bank transfer please make sure that all charges (bank charges, currency conversion, or others) are paid by you.
VERY IMPORTANT
After issuing the payment by bank transfer, please send us the proof of payment, using the e-mail address jurix2015@gmail.com.
Without this, we are not able of matching the payment to the payer.
