Define preferences that use other preferences first, i.e. set WEBCOPYRIGHTbeforeWIKIWEBMASTERsince%WEBCOPYRIGHT%uses the%WIKIWEBMASTER%variable. You can introduce your own preferences variables and use them in your topics and templates.
