Evaluation and Management of Collaborative Supply Networks

Scope and Topics

The session intends to gather academic works and industrial applications about collaborative supply networks, where enterprises join complementary resources and competencies, to achieve some collective business that they could not perform without cooperation. The efficiency in constituting such collaborative networks as well as the management of their performance are crucial: indeed these organizations are often created in a very dynamic context, eventually for a limited time period, and their stability largely depends on their ability to generate quickly a good and maintained level of performances.  However, the difficulties of collective governance often induce heavy negative impacts of networks’ performances. The session is opened to any advances which could contribute to the efficiency of collaborative network configuration, the improvement of performance management approaches dedicated to such networks, or a better governance of enterprise collaborations.

The e-Contract session is designed to make a significant and valuable contribution towards building confidence in procedural frameworks, both legal and otherwise, as applied to the new and uncharted territory of e-Commerce.

The special session will be part of the main PROVE’2007 program. As a consequence, papers shall be submitted through the same channel like the regular papers and within the same deadlines.
