well, sorry about that.
I'm afraid all I know is iOS, iPod Touches, iPhones and iPads.
Originally I conceived of the app just for the iPad... which makes sense, as a pure book browser and even video player. But the case for the iPhone became a lot clearer when I realized how cool it would be to have an editable audio (and video) playlist that is persistent (stays even when the app is restarted)........

Also looking further, I bet the problem is that the "speaker" button is in an embedded controller that VoiceOver isn't initially looking for.... unless pressed...

gosh, that is an interesting problem...
perhaps. I can give the button some title text, which I think will not show, but perhaps the VoiceOver will announce.
I should name it "toggle player button" or something...

I just tried your app and it seems to work great. But I did find one problem to report:
I have a friend who is completely blind, and using VoiceOver to operate her ipod touch. She enjoys listening to old-time radio, and was overjoyed that she could listen to the Scarlet Pimpernel using your app. But she can't use your app after that. The problem is that VoiceOver does not list the 'speaker' button that lets you dismiss the audio-video window and access the list of audio files to listen to......

I am new to this forum so I apologize if this has been covered. When I am streaming a concert, it stops after every song and I have to click to advance to the next song. Any way to avoid that? It is especially annoying in a jam segue.

I made new Flac files for the three with file errors. I deleted the old files as well as the ffp and txt files. I then re-uploaded three new Flac files, a new ffp file, and the txt file. It should be all set and thanks a lot for your help....

I found the post below from Tracy Pooh which might explain everything. I did check and I used the Classic Uploader after I hit the LMA button like I always have. Thanks for everyone's help and I'm glad the show still made it on the LMA via Community Audio.

don't think you used the LMA button. if you look at the first catalog task in your item's history you'll see:
[comment] => s3-put
that indicates the htlm5 uploader which is not the LMA uploader. if you look at your first task for http://archive.org/details/syb2013-06-01.flac16 you'll see:
[comment] => http-uploader-v2.49510
the http uploader is the LMA uploader.
not criticizing, just checking because we need to know when things aren't working right....

it looks like you used the html5 uploader at archive.org/upload rather than the Live Music Archive upload button at https://archive.org/create/. The html5 uploader does not yet allow uploads for etree items....

if you are using the "Classic Uploader" i'd suggest waiting for the files to complete their upload before selecting a title/identifier. Also, i'd stongly suggest using the uploader at archive.org/upload with Chrome, Firefox or Safari. It does not work with Internet Explorer yet but is a better uploader....

yah, like greenone said, let us know an example.
we've changed some internals to use a new "Metadata API" infrastructure and there's been some very minor behaviour changes when certain "fields" appear more than once, etc.
so I can likely track down easier with your example...

I've been noticing that error on just about every show I submit or update. Not sure what it is or what it means but it doesn't seem to be affecting anything; it's likely a red herring for whatever you're trying to update. Let me know which show it is and I'll take a look at it for ya....

Sounds fine to me. The system isn't smart enough to do date validation, so you could put 1996-00-00 in the date field and it would take it....

I want to be able to edit and derive a show but the Edit Item button is not there.
I think it's because the Transferred by: is listed as Chad Cole, golly@rocketmail.com when it should just be Chad Cole.
