The MIT Portugal Affiliates Program seeks to engage key partners from the industry, foundation, and private association sectors in the program's activities to reinforce Portugal's scientific and technological capacity through education and research, in partnership with MIT.

To fulfill this mission requires a mutual commitment by industry and by national universities and laboratories.

The Program invites companies, public or private associations, foundations, and other organizations whose scope of interest and strategic development is supported by the Program to consider becoming Affiliates. Both large and small organizations can become Industrial Affiliates.
