ClearQuest Subversion Integration

CQ2SVN provides complete integration between Subversion and IBM Rational ClearQuest.

Configuration management tools are most effective when closely integrated with the CM processes and Change Management products within your organisation.

CQ2SVN enables users to record a set of modified files and developer comments within a ClearQuest change record. Once the change is complete, the user is able to automatically change the state of the record without using ClearQuest itself.

The ClearQuest/Subversion integration is bi-directional meaning users can also record ClearQuest information against the Subversion version history.

Previously users of integrated IBM Rational solutions would be reluctant to move away from ClearCase because of the close integration with ClearQuest. CQ2SVN performs the same seamless "change set" integration between ClearQuest and Subversion and can work alongside existing ClearCase UCM and Base integrations.
