Welcome to ICTI, the Information and Communication Technologies Institute

ICTI is an academic and research partnership between Carnegie Mellon University and several top-ranked universities and governmental agencies in Portugal. For prospective students, we offer several masters and PhD programs in areas relating to computer science, electrical engineering, human-computer interaction, business, and more. These unique, international programs are offered as partnerships between Carnegie Mellon and the respective partner Portuguese universities. Students receive dual-degrees when they complete their program--a degree from Carnegie Mellon and a degree from their Portuguese university.
