no png or jpg in frotnend

i've installed the 1.28 version, and no jpg or png pictures is show in IE6

mozzila show it just fine, but with IE6 images are loaded when loading the place, and i just have a glance of the picture, but when the page is finnaly loaded the image, just disapear...

i've used pure html code in the template, {IMAGE:file} tag, but nothing, the image just don't show up in IE6 (at least for more than a half second....)

for curiosity, i've seen the html code, in IE6, and the full tag with the image apears just fine...

gif files dont have this problem....

notice that in mozzila, everything appears just fine, in IE6 just the gif image appears after complete loading, but the header just flash during the loading

-> i've found another error in phpwcms login in IE6

the login page, doesnt look good and dont work, when viewing with the UTF-8 caracter set...
even if mine definition is: $phpwcms['charset'] = UTF-8
