Noob question

Noob question

OK so the installation is complete. I type in the homepage and I get this messege: "This is the default index page. Delete this page to be redirected automatically to index.php". It doesn't say which file to delete, instead it says this page. Which file is "this page"?

Weird. I did remove that file but when I went back to the homepage it was blank. Any ideas?
