How does Furl work?

Furl lets you save anything you see in your browser. The easiest way to do that is to add the "Furl It" button right on the toolbar of your browser. When you find something you want to save, you click the "Furl It" button. That opens up a new window with the title and URL of the page you are looking at already filled in. You then have the option of adding comments to, rating, and categorizing the page. When you're done, click "Save." That's it. The next time you view your archive you will see the new entry.

How do I set up Furl?

You can set up Furl in two simple steps:

  1. Sign up for an account at Furl – You will get an email to verify your account and must click on the link in that email before going on to Step 2.
  2. Put the "Furl It" button on your browser toolbar – There is no software to install. For most browsers, this is a simple as dragging a link to the toolbar.

That's it! Go about your business, "Furling" everything of interest by clicking the "Furl It" button
